This is an old school New Orleans Steak House . Aged USDA Prime Beef . I'm picky about my meat and this steak was on the better side. It was a bit over cooked so order on the rare side. I got the Filet.

If you come on Mardi Gras or some other very busy day, you could be waiting over 90 min for your food. And that doesn't include the wait to get a table!

Note to kitchen: if your an hour behind service and in the weeds you need to pull a server to help in the kitchen. its been an hour since order was placed. Not acceptable.
