Today a flying cockroach crawled on me while I was getting my pedicure . I paid full price for the mani/pedi. Things happen but the manager should have compensated me for the gross situation.

I don't think they sanitize their tools after every person. They also provide you with used flip flops when you get a pedicure instead of those paper ones you get at other places. Not recommended.
