I love walking into Starbucks Penn Station 2 -- the baristas are friendly , customer focused -- they all remember my name -- and most of all service is quick and efficient !

The 7th Ave-side LIRR store is my absolute fave Sbux in NYC. Even when they're busy they're so warm & nice! As someone who works for the company I make it a point to come here when I get a chance.

a coffee alternative is the Caramel Apple Spice served hot for chilly winter days... very sweet beverage, wouldn't recommend anything larger than the tall size.

Almost everything in Penn Station is awful and this is THE most horrible Starbucks I've encountered. The employees suck and look miserable. Be ready to spend 5 minutes here even when it's not busy.

This place has been getting slower and slower over time. 6-10 minutes if you're getting a drink that isn't the coffee already made. Coffee isn't as good anymore either, yes they messed that up!

Almost 5pm thurs, out of some roasts, cups, 2 workers.. maybe not the place to go in the afternoon.

This place is a hellhole now. Don't bother, cross the street or go down into penn station. Everyone working here now is incompetent and you will wait over 20 minutes for an espresso drink .

This is the UNDERGROUND one -- opposite LIRR gates 13-19!

First well organised SB I've been to in NYC this trip.

Plenty of outlets at this location, if you can grab a seat.

from may 6-15 its frappucino happy hour 1/2 off all fraps from 3p-5p!
