Clean and well appointed, but rooms are very small! That is standard for NYC. Great location for getting around. I recommend, as long as you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. Staff was brilliant
Perfect hotel , the only thing is the elevator line never sleep!
Ultra TINY rooms. They were clean but damn so small. Lifts take ages. A lot of foot traffic. Staff at reception needs customer service training . Pretty crap hotel in general.
Drinking water is available in the lobby area near the elevators (no refilling personal water containers for sanitary reasons).
Plan to leave 10-15 minutes prior to your lobby scheduled time. It takes that long for the elevator to arrive...
Rooms are smaller than usual DoubleTree (expected given location really) but everything looks quite new and clean
Comfortable and close to a lot of places for tourists . Lol

La atención del personal es excelente, pero lo mejor son las galletas que te dan al llegar.
Это самый худший отель в котором я жила. Номера супер маленькие, старый сам отель требует ремонта . Убирают плохо. Нет чайника в номерах. Дорого для такого отеля .
