One of our go-to lunch places in Powerplant . Definitely value-for-money Japanese food . What's good? Zaifu Gyoza . Chirashi . Teishoku Meal Sets. Don meal sets. :)
Great Gyudon & Sashimi just don't order ramen so you won't get disappointed. Try ordering the crispy tuna salad to satisfy ur taste coz its good! You have to ask for it because it's not in the menu !!!
You'll make a wrong choice if you order any of their ramens . Zaifu Gyoza is the best tasting gyoza in the metro. It comes with a cream cheese inside! :)
Beef ramen a consistent favorite here. First time to encounter though, the gyoza was served well done; gyoza wrapper was crunchy like lumpiang shanghai
Their teppanyaki tables are the attraction here. Watch the chef cook in front of you while you wait. They're also a tiny bit more expensive than isshin.
I had beef ramen and tempura . It was excellent great staff all good
Go for Lunch sets and bento boxes and you'll have value for your money.
The Zaifu mix set is affordable and very filling. My fave is the Zaifu gyoza :-)
Good japanese food at reasonable prices.
a trying hard japanese resto . their ramen tastes like mami in a carinderia. their bowl where ramen is serve has cracks on the lid.
The Japanese experience was almost authentic . The seats, tables, etc. Food is kinda more expensive than other similar restos
The Gyudon was good, tender & tasty. Gyoza was okay. Shoyu & Chashu Ramen noodles weren't al-dente & the Chasu lacked fat. The Yakitori was all right but the sauce was off. Not impressed, sorry.
Great meal and well priced
Everything looks good but Ishin along pasay rd , makati is better. They are sister restaurant but I guess they have the best cooks over at Ishin.
Best Gyoza (Zaifu gyoza )
Try their Gyudon ! You won't regret it.
Gyoza makes it perfect.
You can still stand up and look for another place to eat. Believe me
Try their Tuna Sandwich Roll. It's so good! :)
I now remember why we hadn't gone back to this place - ramen is not good; the prawns in the teppanyaki were not cleaned ; the plating was just unappetizingly done.
My 3rd to this restaurant ! Kinda pricey ! But still prefers 'nihonbashitei' at Pasay Rd
Best California Maki ever!
Try the Salmon Sashimi - Tastes good but quite pricey
Dragon Roll FTW!!! ????
DO NOT order the pork curry plate! U will be DISAPOINTED!
Like the guidon
Steak and Shrimp for less than 400 bucks!
Yummy salmon sashimi :)
Poor man's Japanese restaurant with a Powerplant price tag. Gyoza doesn't even come with a dipping sauce . Stay away and just find a Tokyo Tokyo somewhere.
The lunch sets are a bargain.
The gyoza is cheap and wonderful.
I am easily pleased when it comes to Japanese food , but this time I was disappointed.
Servers are aloof. Were not taught how to smile at customers!
After a tasteless meal, I suggest they close or improve by getting the cooks from Ishin. Truely disappointing :( Tokyo Tokyo is way better than this. Do not waste youre time here.
Don't order for ebi tempura and yasmin itame at this time.. Oil used for cooking is over used and food taste lousy.
Disappointed with everything we ordered. Boooo!
ramen fail.
Best cinema ever! Nice seats, no foul odor, well-maintained, very subtle but high end. ☺️ - Graciela Ilem
Roast Beef Sandwich and Italian Tuna! My favorite grab-and-go's! Prices not too bad either. :) - Adrienne Paula Tan
Try the Prawns Thermidor - 2pcs prawns with chorizo sauce & Spanish rice - CRISTINA TRINIDAD-PUYAT
Try the Wagyu Slammer! Sulit! Comes with Wagyu steak, salad, fried rice and 3pcs California maki roll. - Nanny Drilon
Love the sashimi here! Tempura, tofu and beef is always good too! The oyster fry is THE BEST here!! Yum! - Kassie Lim
Pepper Lunch..one of the best DIY restaurant in Rockwell..i love the kani and chicken shake-shake salad.. - Anna Maricel Guilaran
Calamansi cheesecake is worth checking out! A hint of calamansi sourness blends well with the cheesecake - Ricky Sayas
Always love this place for business meetings. Big and spacious setup. - Melissa Pabilona
