Beef Pepper Rice is terrible in Philippines. Meat is 80% fat unlike Japan where it's lean and delicious. Not at all a good value .

Was not aware that you have to pay first then they will lead you to your seat. They don't have table numbers. We got our seats first and the cashier seems pissed. :|

pepper lunch~ okay. food is okay but not fabulously delish.just okay. nice and "exciting" presentation but waaay too expensive for a fast food .hmmm...had better steaks for less in a finer dining rest
