The parking lot is a block and a half away from the actual museum . But there's a secret parking lot right behind the museum and you won't have to walk or wait for the shuttle!
The demos are the best, I enjoyed them very much. 3 hrs are the least time to plan for it. A very modern museum that is well-planned, full of interesting things to see and leaves a great impression.
When you walk in pass up the shops to get to the admission table. Buy a coin anywhere for $3 and you can get a marble at the cool contraption. You will know what I mean. Don't miss this museum !!
I was so pumped to go that I showed my excitement during the glass blowing demo and won a free piece! It's a wonderful souvenir to take back to Atlanta, GA!
Park right behind the building--there's a secret parking lot , so you don't have to walk. Then head right for the demonstrations and sign up for the kids activities . So much fun!
It's a wonderful place to go win your family. Lots of things to see and even interact with. The glass shows are a must see and you can even go over to the studio and make something yourself!
The amazing glzaa exhibits are well worth the tour . Stop at historic Marmet Street using the free shuttle for a bite to eat after your tout. Great way to spend an afternoon.
In the past, this has been the rain location for USS Accord's Watkins Glen Weekend, when it's considered too rainy to hike through Watkins Glen State Park . CMOG is great to visit any other time.

You'd think based on the name and associated company that this is a super technical museum , but it's actually a great mix of modern art and history
