Almost inevitably occupied by a photographer (usually w/ models or a wedding party ), this fantastically scenic overlook provides a great view of the Key Bridge & Rosslyn; also some very neat graffiti .

Building is being purchased, and the visitor's center run by the NPS will be rennovates and enlarged. We basically had an elevator operator. Will come back! - uncapd
