East River

Ride along the East River in one of our Republic Bikes with other cyclists and joggers or hop on the East River Ferry for a day trip to Brooklyn.

Highly recommend a refreshing dip after a long day at work; also makes a great alt route to Brooklyn when the bridges are clogged because of summer construction .

Love it for running or just walking and stopping under the Brooklyn bridge to enjoy the views . Surprisingly safe for night runs too!

It is safer to swim here then the Hudson. No planes land on the East river.

North of 80th, this is a nice, quiet place for a stroll or a dog walk.
