The Best Buy credit card and the Rewards Zone Program are TOTALLY worth it! I know most stores try to sell you on similar discount programs and store cards, but Best Buy's is really worth it. Trust me

George C., Samsung Expert is the best! He was very patient helping me find the right TV & sound bar system. His expertise saved me over $600. I use this store a lot and never have any complaints.

If you want good customer service, look for Alex. He is young but he knows his stuff! He adapts to speak Spanish when the customer(my mom) needed it. He was patient and very positive!

Don't leave you're computer there. Geek squad will hold it for 8 days. Too many computer. Go some where else.. that's just to see what wrong. Not to fix IR. Many be another 8 days

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Sent me a notification at 9:10 pm to pick up an online order, they closed at 9. The next day I spent 4 hours trying to pick up the same order.

Cashier literally tried to jip me, and the video game people give dirty looks; or maybe they're just ugly. Maybe that's it. Lots of uglies work here.
