It’s very nice and lovely! If you want a lovely and fancy hotel where you and your family will be spoiled then this is the place to be! It’s even great for kids. I would 100% recommend.

A very good location; the suite is spacious with a marvelous sea view , we got an extra bed easily, staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is 9/10 I highly recommend Sofitel worldwide.

The hotel beach has a view of Burj Al Arab. The suites are very spacious and they have a golf cart service to take you to your room.

General ambience is great. Ask for a palm view room. Expect to relax. In Maui beach rest. try us burger . Try porter house. Call center is not helpful enough. i needed HDMI CABLE and they didnt supply

You can spend an afternoon at the pool here for 150 AED with 100 redeemable for drinks or food. The staff in the restaurant is clueless though..Took them 45 mins to figure out what is balsamic vinegar

Quite place, and nice beach and food, but has to improve customer services and room amenities . Go for the palm (not sea) view is it has a much better view (sea view is actually parking-then-sea view !)

I have stayed in many resorts in Dubai, however Sofitel absolutely amazing and the best one so far, stylish and beautifully designed. Details were impressive vertical gardens and more than 5 pools!

Bad service, overpriced. We pre-booked a suite, when we arrived they told us they had no rooms available!! We had to wait for an hour to get to our room. They didn't even apologize. Rude.
