Fantastic now that it has reopened. Great mix of local and national brands. Not to mention it's the first outlet mall in a downtown urban area.
Good for walking on a sunny day but there is not much going on and there is nothing impressive to see while walking, just knowing that you are walking by one of the longest rivers in the world.
With indoor connection through the Hilton Riverside, this outlet mall in the City Center lays claim to popular brands from Coach to Nordstrom Rack and even a Cafe du Monde stop for famous beignets .
Extending from Julia Street to Canal Street, Riverwalk Marketplace features purveyors of jewelry , hot sauce , T-shirts, New Orleans souvenirs, Mardi Gras trinkets and more. -Travel Editor

There are a lot of shops, food, and a nice view of the Mississippi River . Bring your significant other, sit back and relax (let the memories build).
Nice outlet with pretty good shops near the downtown and French quarter.
Glad they rescued the Riverwalk. Excellent mainstream shops. Very clean and airy design. Love the food court
Lots of shops and restaurants . Be sure to sample some fudge from The Fudgery. Streetcar stops right in front of it and it's near Mardi Gras World.
Nice view of Mississippi River . Nice place to do some shopping after site seeing or BEFORE you hit the Harrah's Casino across the street!
Lots of great stores and shopping but some of the vendors in the kiosks are soooo pushy!!! It's like a carnival !!!!!
Beware of the people working at the kiosks with the beauty products that are located in the hallway. They are pesky.
The Riverwalk has come such a long way. I remember when the stores were just touristy . Now they’ve really put a lot of money and effort in this place to be a mall to compete with in metropolitan area.
Great combination of stores, quality and savings!
eat in a mall food court while staring at the West Bank and contemplating all of the decisions that led you here
Last call Neiman Marcus has 30% off plus additional 10% off with a coupon. I got a great deal on Joes Jeans
take a New Orleans style cooking class on the 3rd floor at Crescent City Cooks. They serve your lunch and drink as you watch/learn to cook it!
Dip into the Brad Thompson Fine Art Galleries - his work will take your breath away. He's there several times a week, maybe you'll get lucky and meet him.
I love the FAT TUESDAY drinks while you shop! Great people - Great food!!!
Reopened after renovation in May 2014!
Home of the best mall food court that has ever existed! And the site of my infamous sea gull attack circa '97...
There are quite a few shops but not as many as advertised. Usually not that busy.
Lots of good outlet shops and a few cool souvenir shops
Newly Renovated with great shopping and food court .
there's a cafe du monde inside and the staff is so kind!
There is a nice play area at the end of the food court .
They are renovating now. Opening in 2014. Hope cafe du Monde comes back!
Nice. Let's hope it can be kept up and people continue to go even after newness wears off
Nice selection of shops and a food court .
Be sure to swing into the New Orleans Food and Beverage Museum , especially when there is a cooking demo!
Includes a small version of Cafe du Monde that generally has a much shorter line than the original one.
Kills time and they have some good stores/food court selections
There are many places to shop here.
Excellent shops, great food, really nice time!
It's a good place to kill some time. The outlet shops are a big improvement
Everything you need in one place!
Not too big, both high and low end shops.
Try the shrimp pasta and it it while enjoying the view of the river
don't forget your parking ticket in the car!
Check out Fossil- really good Clearance.
One of the nicest places in new Orleans! And not expensive either
Nice variety in the Food Court .
Nice views of the river from the "food court ". Other than that, this place is mall waiting to die.
Needs new stores. A total tourist attraction . NOT A REAL MALL ! The only appealing thing in there for us locals is the air conditioning and the food court
Great "authentic " inexpensive food @ Messina's Cajun Cookin!
Haven't seen brazilians around NOLA? Just come here :-)
Great place to spend the day and do touristy things. - Preston, Real World: New Orleans
mostly the same goods as the Quarter, only more expensive .
Off Saks Fifth avenue, Gap, Coach, many stores for your shopping fix!
Okay shopping selection. Pretty area down by the river though.
The theater in there is the best! On the pricy side, but it's dine-in. I enjoyed it. Don't even remember what movie I saw, but it was a nice experience. - Dyvon Muse
This is actually a shopping mall with a food court. it's located on Peters Street in the French Quarter. - RONALD KIMBREW

Cajun fries, crawfish poppers & Muffalata sandwich was great! Would come back again to try more! - Becky Edwards
