Owner, Uncle Aaron, is a shave ice master. In addition to running his own "shop" he makes and supplies shave ice syrups to Shave Ice vendors all over the island and even California.
You can choose as many flavors as you want, but after 5, it gets to be a bit of a mess. The owner is very nice and loves conversing with his customers.
Stay and eat your shave ice on the benches while talking to the owner - he's awesome, and he's been running the stand for nearly 30 years!
The "snow cap " (a vanilla ice cream syrup ) goes great on coconut ! This place is worth finding.
Whatever flavor you decide on (there are over 22 to choose from!) don't forget the "snow cap " - sweetened condensed milk - to complete your shave ice !
