Apple stores are pretty much the same, but this one is charming. Perhaps it's the old town neighborhood , but it's a really nice Apple Store.

Made a Genius Bar reservation for today to troubleshoot my Macbooks, and Nick was so helpful!! He told me all the options I had and the price ranges for those options. Very positive interaction.

Amazing in store customer service experience! First time in for any issue-Kurt and Kris took care of me, with excellence (saving me a ton of money while at it)! Very impressed, Apple..very impressed!

For the holidays, Apple Store policy prohibits customers from giving gifts to specific staffers. Instead, do what D did & give to the entire staff ! (~100 homemade choc chip pecan cookies should do!)

The manager Renee was so nice and patient about my frustrations with my products I felt like a jerk for being mad. And of course he helped me set up appointments and fix all my stuff.

At first I thought my hard drive was dead, but they took my computer in, the next day they called me and said they were able to save my memories and it wasn't the hard drive... I'm very happy

I just got my iphone7 here 3 days ago. I got the greatest service from the sales rep Edmund here. He had taught me how to use it well .

Worth driving a little further to here for the service and the smaller crowds. Particularly for apple 's dreaded product launches

Came here without an appt dreading the kind of Genius Bar hell you read about but everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful.

Genius Bar is almost always mental, so it's best to make a reservation and then come. Also, get AppleCare . It's really worth it.

Buy the One-to-One membership with your computer. It's the best deal for a year's worth of training and a computer data transfer for $99 a year. Best Buy charges $150 for the data transfer alone.

The One to One folks to go to at this Apple store for photography are Rian, Scott and Jude. They're the best!

Recommend to come here- folks are nice, hard parking but brought in my computer Saturday was told 2-3 days and it took 6 days.

With express shopping, from stand in line to complete purchase was less than 20 mins...... Fantastic!!

I was hungry for some tasty fruit , so I went here. This store does not offer fruit , ironically. I love irony. Now I own stock in this company.

The basement has incredible sales...but make sure you pay before ya walk out with your merchandise.

Ok, new record set. Walked in, someone asked if I needed help, I said "Airport Express." He walked me over, scanned it on his iPod Touch, scanned my credit card and emailed me the receipt. Total time

Do not try to go into the store before opening unless you have a genius bar appointment or a One to One! It frustrates the employees!

make a reservation if you need to see a "genius". the temporary space is terrible. cant wait for them to reopen the original store.
