A cozy little gym with state of the art equipment, and great trainers . This was a fun place to workout.
The musical architecture of this place sounds like something I would come up with whilst tripping on acid.
Good gym , good price, lots of installations, never waited for a machine. People are nice. Music sucks, and tv programs are not great. They will sometimes run our of towels, but it's rare.
If you need a fabulous trainer that will kick your butt into shape, ask for Cheryl!
