I ran into Tropical Waves and bought 2 beach chairs for $16.99 each and I noticed they were very rusted and they refused to let me exchange them for ones that were not rusted. Incredible!
If you'd like to walk in and see uninformed employees being abused by disgusting managers (specifically the Russian male one) this is your place. BTW all their decal shirts cost 1.99 to make. Not 15
Over priced bathing suit but the tees are super cheap compared to the hotel to the hotel gift shop

Worst customer service from every staff member I encountered. Rude and unfriendly. They obviously hate their jobs and it shows.
Prices are typical, but poor customer service & limited selection make Alvin's Island a better choice.
