Beautiful white sands , clear water and fresh gulf breeze air makes this beach an ideal place for an afternoon picnic ! Try the wings from the Hooters on the boardwalk for a delicious afternoon.

Beach is awesome!!! And Springhill suites amazing clean and customer service above and beyond. Only real complaint is chris who works at the pier . Rude and shouldn't be in any customer service job.

Moms can relax while the Toddlers swim in shallow,clear, ocean water at what locals call "Momma's Beach " located behind Hooters on the board walk, & Shell Stage. Shallow for yards!

Sure it's fun hanging out in the sun to get a tan but you must also experience the majestic sunrises / sunsets . There's nothing like it. Just a hint, windy days make for great wave watching!

Parking next to the "beach ball" water tower is free. Park there for central access to public beaches and the boardwalk . Best place to eat is Flounders :)

You can feed the ducks with Palm tree berries / seeds!

Excellent beach . Lots going on whether you are laying in the sun shopping or drinking your favorite beverage . Saw the Mardi Gras parade here too

One of the best beaches I have been to. Can't wait to call it home One day. Come early (like 10:30) to beat the crowds & check out Peg Leg Pete's!

Nice beaches ! You have to pay $1 toll to get to them but it is just a one way toll! Enjoy the night water!!

Bring beer , snacks and a towel... Then forget about everything else and just enjoy.

Get there early before the afternoon rains and bring ALOT of sunscreen ; at least a can of SPF 30 or more for every two people in your party

As a visitor I learned the hard way, when your in the water, shuffle your feet along the bottom to avoid stepping on a sharp shell or a stingray .

Check out the Iconic "World's Whitest Beaches " sign. The original sign was built in 1960, and has been an iconic landmark since.

White sands . Clear water, and family atmosphere , not like Gulf Shores and Panama City Beach .

Be prepared to navigate over a 3 ft sand sea wall to get to the gulf not bad going over but if your elderly or not physically fit you may have issues coming back over

Free parking by the beach ball tower and very spacious pretty beach !

Perfect little private beach with a million dollar view ! Just watch out for the random concrete hidden in the sand!!

Family fun, nightlife, water adventures and historic tours , Pensacola has more than enough to satisfy everyone! Which is why I call it home.

Exactly what you think. Tourists tend to hang around the condo and pier area.

Go with plenty of time to take a long walk on the beach and find seashells !

Don't forget your sunscreen ! You'll definitely catch some rays out there.
