Mentaiko Ramen is delicious! Dare to also try the "God Fire "! Level 3 was just great for me, however, lvl.2 would be good enough to enjoy it at its best. Try the Karage - there awesome.
Their noodle is award wining to tonkotsu base ramen . Taste really good and whole different level.of you like me spicy they got god fire !! Really good spicy noodle you got to try.
Best Tonkotsu broth you can find in CA. It tastes exactly same as Japan
You have a choice of noodle firmness, and strength of broths stick with light or med for summer. Save the heavy for a chilly fall outing. The fried chicken is a must side IMHO.
