You will queue, but it‘s totally worth it. You will eat your ramen in a little box with never seeing any of the employees. Ordering process can be intimidating, but staff are helpful.

Ramen with 1/2 extra noodles . It’s a private ramen restaurant (you get your own mini stall), and ordering is a bit bizarre (write on a menu, buy a ticket, sit down), but’s it’s super delicious.

This is a great place to get ramen ! While the ordering process is a bit confusing at first, the people there are more than willing to help. The broth is so so so good!

It is way overrated ramen

Ramen is way overrated. Not worth to wait in line . The table is worse than prison table.

ラーメン 790円。薄切りチャーシュー 2枚に、青ネギ、秘伝のたれ。麺 は極細ストレートで量はさほどない。好みを紙で伝えるシステム（味の濃さ・こってり度・麺 のかたさ等）や区切られたカウンターは独特だが、チェーン店らしく無難な味。秘伝のたれは結構辛味 があり、1/2でも本来のスープ の味は壊れる。辛いの が好きでない人はなしでいいと思う。こってり度「なし」で約445kcal、「あっさり 」で約540kcal。

ここでは替玉 ！と、言いたいところですが、ご飯 を注文してラーメン のスープ で雑炊 にする食べ方がおすすめ です。

一人席だけでなくテーブル席 もあるので、数人連れ立っても大丈夫。

這裡經常要排隊。但我的疑問是為何台灣人這麼喜歡一蘭？在我心中，很普通，只有朋友來才陪他們去。

行列 している事もある。隣との仕切りがあって落ち着く。味は割とあっさり 。

博多ではゆで卵 って席に着いたら出てこなかったっけ？頼んでなくても食べたらお金払えばいいってスタイルだったかと・・・(^o^)ﾉ

玉子 は自分で殻をむく！崩れないように、かつ 急いでむかないとラーメン が冷めるのだった。

次回は釜だれとんこつ ラーメン をお持ち帰り してみたい
