Beds are so fabulous we are considering buying one for home! Hotel is very close to stadium , cruise terminals and airport . 20 minutes easy to Clearwater and EZ Car Rental at LOW rates 5 blocks away

All rooms are two-room suites, with living room when you first walk in, then bedroom after. Lots of space for families or business travelers.

Spacious rooms , comfortable beds , affordable restaurant , great staff . Great choice all around!

Two of the four elevators are being upgraded. Ask for a room on the second floor so you can take the stairs and don't spend all day waiting for elevators .

The room was nice and clean . I went while there was a cold spell in Tampa and the heat didn't work. It made my stay quite unpleasant. Also the breakfast wasn't exceptionally good. Save your $12.

SPG members floor / room is great, 24 hr fitness, great workspace and no wifi issues!

Excellent staff . Very convenient shuttle to nearby establishments.

Nice place but they charge $10 a day to use the internet. The pool is nice and very clean .

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for quite some time. I would say it is more like a motel . First, the a/c barely blew cold air. The toilet clogged. The elevators didn't always work.

If you have two or more people, you are better off ordering the big breakfast from room service . $13.00 for enough food to feed three people

Staff are nice and very comfy beds . Waited 6 hours for my room. Then gave us a room someone was already in. Dirty and housekeeping is lazy. Elevators are slow. Give yourself 15 min to get to the loby.

Medium rare = very rare. Also the St. James Restaurant inside the hotel is very slow on a Sunday night.

Happy hour has great drink specials .

If you get ANY of the end rooms, asked to be moved. Smokers going out the doors sounds like a freight train coming through your room.

By fat the softest and most comfy bed I have EVER slept in!

Not much parking if you arrive late. Rooms are big.

Not especially clean , but the staff are great and the free shuttle is a plus

beds are so comfortable and room service is super fast.

Watch out for chlorine in pool, roasts your eyes just walking by...

Try the oyster Ceviche in the hotel restaurant .

Parking is ridiculous esp at night when the restaurant patrons from next door park in the hotel lot

Parking sucked, front desk person sucked!!!! Beds were very comfortable !!!!

BEWARE! The bottles of water left in the rooms are not free! The other SPG hotels like Westin and Aloft do not charge for the water.

WiFi is brutally slow

While the beds are the bomb, the cleaning of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Will not stay here again!
