Absolutely beautiful facility on the waterfront . Amazing gourmet breakfast buffet . Walking distance to Wharf/Downtown. One warning: $17 room-service burger ends up costing $30 with taxes/svc fees!

Great staff & service. Warm welcome upon arrival by valet service & hotel porter . A bubbly & energetic gal checked us in & gave us a few restaurant suggestions since the concierge was out. Well done!

One of the most beautiful places you could ever have or attend a wedding. Only advice is book an extra day. You won't want to leave once you're here... !

This is what you get with a $500 dollar a night room. Everything is damp in our room. Mold in every corner of the bathroom . If given a choice do not stay here!

Not worth the money or points. The rooms are dated and very underwhelming. I don't think I would stay here if I come back to Santa Barbara. The bathroom is definitely not up to expectation.

Tired facility, but great beach front location; worth it if you have a large group and get a cut-rate room. Fun to see the falconers there with raptors they use to hunt seagulls.

The exits in here are stupid. It can take like 20 minutes to get out if backed up.

Nothing is good here, except the view . The place is outdated and smells. Food is overpriced and consistently bland or worse. I regret spending a beautiful Santa Barbara weekend in this dump .

If you are unable to get into the Four Seasons, this is a good alternative. Be sure to get an Ocean View room.
