great value $20 unlimited tanning and personal trianing programs... awesome place to go early am.. open 24 hours Mon to Thurs.. Fri til 9 pm and Sat and Sun 7 am to 7 pm..
The cost of membership is low enough where if you don't go to the gym a lot you don't feel bad for paying for it but have the option to go when motivated. Great low pressure membership. :)
The 30 minute express circuit is an awesome workout! 10 machines alternated with steps in 30 minutes! Do it!

Expensive day pass @ $20 per day, and the gym doesn't have everything that a nicer gym would have. If you're looking for a workout and your from out of town like me, find a better option.
