One of the best boutique hotels in the city ! Great toiletries, Nespresso machines in the room for the perfect cuppa. The premium / signature rooms are totally worth it for a special occasion .
Recommend the Bar for a good Italian coffee and a light snack . The coffee is recommended if you are after a quality cup and the tableware is divine, where can I order some of my own? Read more
Not to be confused with the Radisson Blu down the road . Nice rooms, though the street noise is loud . Free gin and tonic in the lobby every afternoon/evening
This place is just stunning! Awesome decorations, great food and some of the staff members wear Missoni kilts . The rooms are super comfortable . Total worth the price it costs!
Photo opportunity for tourists : kilted porters/doormen in specially designed kilts (21st Century Kilts )
One of the BEST hotels I have been 2. Interiors are gorgeous and the service is PERFECT!
Excellent location 👌🏼
Can't beat this hotel for location in Edinburgh. Breakfast was good.
Nice hotel . Great service! Friendly staff . Food wise - Not many options for Vegetarians ..
Room 432 has the best views . Views over to the River Forth and Arthur's Seat.
Have the Rib-Eye Steak in La Cucina . It's perfect, just like the service throughout the hotel .
Lovely hotel and super kind staff . Made our stay very comfy .
Cucina for brunch was a disappointed: the food took hours to come and not nice, even with things missing like sausage , egg , toast . Service slow and confused. toilet stink of frying stuff. Never again
You can request a late checkout till 1pm for no extra charge. £25/hr thereafter.
It's all about the decor here - worth a look even for the bar / restaurant
Absolutely fantastic hotel . Scottish traditional breakfast rules!
The cocktail bar
The tagliatelle is delicious but even homeless shelters are more generous on portions. Give us more!
You must try a bottle of the Sangiovese , it's fantastic!
The tuna in Cucina last night was amazing
Steak in dinner menu is no good.
Free on demand movie in your room.
Fab hotel but service is a wee bit lacklustre..
The cheap menu is deeply mediocre with a really bad selection of dishes
Enjoy a Vespa in the cousy bar .

Very trendy cocktail bar and great atmosphere. Love it for a night out starting point, special occasion or just a drink. Great selection of drinks especially the cocktails. - Zara Watson
Love the Norton , food is great and a lovely hotel with great spa facilities. - Paula Neary
Clean and nice hotel.Staff is friendly and helpful.Location is great and there’s also a couple of nice cafes nearby. However, rooms feels a bit weary and pub in backyard was very noisy our Friday night - Ole H.
Great food and service. Please do the staff (who are mostly Italian) and decline the spoon with your spaghetti - SJG
Great views, good layout, great display of the history and culture, I liked exploring - Candice Rivera
The beef & chilli burger is simply fantastic. Best burger I've had, in a restaurant. And at £7.50 with chips and delicious garlic mayo, I've paid a lot more for lesser efforts. - Article Dan
