Get the hand pulled beef noodle , can make it spicy if you like. Beef scallion pancake wrap is also amazing! If you speak Mandarin it will be easier to order but staff speaks English too.
Get the spicy lamb hp flat noodle ! The soupy dumplings are ok but not worth it. The chicken kabobs are also a great choice! Get the Mala beef noodle soup . 4/5

I've only had the Pho Ga; it's made in chicken broth. Add nori/seaweed & marinated soft boiled egg. For To Go, they pack the broth separate from the solid items so they don't get mushy. 🍜 😊 - Sahar A
