They're fast, efficient and friendly . You order before you sit down which keeps tables moving, but without feeling pushy. The ramen is first rate and be sure to get the marinated cucumbers to start!
This is one of the best ramen spots in Boston. Get the Gankara miso ramen and truly enjoy life again.
I think this could be my favorite ramen in Boston . The shio ramen I had was rich yet subtle and not too salty. The beer selection is also locally sourced and nice, if you like hops.
The sankara miso is the best spicy miso i’ve had in my life. Soo good.
The gankara ramen was perfectly spicy and delicious ($14). The restaurant is located in the arcade and has indoor seating during covid. I kept my mask on until the food was served
So good! There's almost always a wait, but they're very efficient. They take your order ~10 minutes before they think your table will be ready, so you sit down and the food is there right away.
Their Tan Tan Men is outstanding. Definitely order extra noodles .
Delicious ramen , but no veggie broth options if that’s important for you. Small place so there’s usually a wait.
Get the crispy garlic you won't regret it
Tan Tan Ramen with Egg
Get the gankara miso ramen - can be a bit spicy but so flavorful!
The spicy paitan is fantastic
Small menu, good food. Well worth the wait for a bowl of noodles .
The miso ramen with spicy garlic oil . Top notch!
Can’t go wrong! Everything is good. Place is busy, expect a wait
Miso Ramen with crunchy garlic
Bask in the comforting broth of Shoyu 1910 ????
Easily best ramen in Boston right now (jan 13)

Crunchy garlic mmm
Veggie ramen contains fish powder
Miso Ramen with Spicy Garlic Oil
Spicy ramen is king!
Tasty shoyu ramen !
Weird location, good ramen .
Shoyo with spicy garlic oil
I think it used to be quite flavorful. Now it doesn’t seem to be as good as Santouka, a really low bar . And a Japanese friend told me she was also very disappointed by the popup.
Doesn't always open at advertised times. Great family run business though. If get there right when the are supposed to open, you might have to wait. - Jessie D
Kinoko dish! - S. J.
I've only had the Pho Ga; it's made in chicken broth. Add nori/seaweed & marinated soft boiled egg. For To Go, they pack the broth separate from the solid items so they don't get mushy. ???? ???? - Sahar A
Get the spicy lamb hp flat noodle! The soupy dumplings are ok but not worth it. The chicken kabobs are also a great choice! Get the Mala beef noodle soup. 4/5 - Terence Chan
Awesome service! Always sample a flavor even if you know what you are gonna get - Craig C
Great movie selections and cheap snacks and beverages. Definitely take advantage of this, especially during the summer! - Gary Fayman
Very cool. Fantastic selection of art books, a really nice stationery section, and fun details throughout. - Enrico Manalo
