Staks Pancake Kitchen

The cinnamon roll pancakes with a side of candy bacon or the fried chicken biscuit with the honey siracha sauce and a side of Gouda grits is the way to go at this restaurant .

The Smoked Salmon Omelette in one word DELICIOUS!! A definite must try. Also tried the STAK'd Bacon candied which was also pretty good the kids loved it! The buttermilk biscuits flaky and tasty.

Believe the hype...Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are excellent. Also recommend the gouda cheese grits and the Side of Pig : bacon from local butcher , Porcellino's.

Tried the chocolate raspberry staks and the cinnamon roll staks . Both were fantastic especially paired with J Brooks drip coffee .

HOMBRE omelette was LOADED with chorizo...yum. Staff knows their stuff. Also very friendly and offered suggestions for other things to do while in Memphis.

Coffee was good. Had the Salmon Omelet w/ hash browns and pancake beignets . Did not enjoy the food at all. May try them once more and get an order of pancakes . Nice ambiance. Overall all disappointed.

Cinnamon roll staks are bomb! I got oreo praline which were more chocolate and praline than Oreo . Cinnamon roll are better

The pancakes are nasty, the sausage were undercooked. The hashbrown was simple gross (even with ketchup up) 2.9 out of 5.

Crowded on Saturday.
