No POWER OUTLET for front row seat, in case you want to charge your devices. Also, front row doesn't have space to stretch your feet. Ask the driver for what you need, most are always willing to help.

If you're using Uber, it's best to get picked up/dropped off at the back of the parking garage , on the H Street side. Much quicker to get in and out and avoid traffic.

Bus stops are on the bus level of the parking lot in the back of the station (above the trains ). Pickup is from bays 8, 9 and 10 and the waiting lines ( A, B and C) are well marked and obvious!!

This was my first time taking Bolt bus . Driver was on time and friendly . You can't beat a trip from dc to NYC for $20. So convenient!

At Union Station, WiFi speeds are at best 100 kbps...they decline en route to NYC. Strongly consider offline apps and budget your Wifi !

Heed Bolt's advice when they say arrive early. Don't show up late expecting your bus to be waiting for you, or you'll be upset. I'd suggest 25+ minutes to navigate Union Station if you're unfamiliar.

The bus is nice, clean , and always on time. My only complaint were the seats. Not comfortable at all. My rear was soundly asleep when we arrived.

Teamwork makes the dream work: make sure to be responsive to fellow passengers who can't figure out which line is which.

Sign up for the rewards program for A boarding--get on first and choose your seat.

They moved the boarding area once again to the rear of the lot where it was before.

Make sure you - and your fellow passengers ! - know which line you're in.

There lines are confusing but it's always best to be an A. Reserve your seat.

They're serious when they say arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. And by 15 minutes prior they DONT mean 4 minutes after. Your bus WILL be gone!
