AMAZING place. I'm an out of Towner and wish I had one up by me in NYC. Clean great equipment FRIENDLY staff . Made me feel at home.
If you go for a class I suggest the Tabata class . Matt is amazing and the class is crazy good and challenging! Do it do it do it!
The Tabata instructor , Matt, is amazing. He is able to really encourage ppl without being pushy. Great class , GREAT instructor !
BodyJam class on Saturday morning with Brooke is a sweaty good time workout for anyone! She's tops for sure!

Olivia is super for Power Yoga or the Abs class too!
