Make sure you have the proper permits to reserve your spot here for your parties! Also hide the booze if you so choose cause drinking in parks is frowned upon now!! But you didn't here that from me!!!
It's pretty windy on the lagoon, but no waves. And there's a huge open grass field with some nice shade trees .
