This place has the reputation of being the cheapest 1-star michelin restaurant . The pork bbq bun and shrimp dim sum are the best.
Overall the food is good. For 2 person, it will cost roughly 100-110HKD. Would recommend the chicken with rice and there’s no rush to have your food.
The BBQ pork pineapple bun is good. However if you bring your 4 years old there the staff will ask the kid to sit on your lap instead offering a standalone seat.
Best dimsum i'v had, considering: dimsum , price, authenticity . Had to queue a river all the time. This address was the best among all THWs but they moved to a fk faraway place now. How sad!
This place is incredible - the best THW in HK. Get there midweek, about 10:30, and you'll stroll in with no problems. Get the pork buns .
We came there at lunch on Saturday so the shop was busy. Waited outside for like 10 minutes but took that time to take order ourselves. Menu was in English, Cantonese and Chinese. Nice dim sum !
for dim sum in Hong Kong! Tiny, Michelin star restaurant . Long wait , totally worth it - you just get in line , get a ticket, then go do something else for a couple hours. :)
you know what? there's definitely much better dim sum in HK after all. but still good, and the best tim ho wan location for sure
This is their idea of green vegetables . No sauce..??!! A little disappointed considering there are so many positive write-ups about their Michelin star restaurant . Some are ok but overall a let-down
while the pork buns are a must order, the spring rolls with crab meat , egg white and shrimps are a hit as well .
Its three Michelin stars mean that everyone wants to eat here and, as a result, wait times can be up to three hours long. The food is worth the wait!
The BBQ pork bun is worth the hype. But save room for the steamed egg cake for dessert , because it's also excellent.
power move: when flying out of HK, drop your luggage at Hong Kong Station, subway it to Olympic, feast here, take airport express from Kowloon, and fret not about crappy airline food!
Skip the rice and porridge . They're just really average. Go straight for "Baked bun with BBQ pork " and "Glue Rice dumpling". Simply delectable!
Their barbecue pork buns are a must-have while in Hong Kong, it's something you won't be able to get in the U.S. or elsewhere. Bring cash, they don't take cards.
Inexpensive , Michelin Star dim sum serving awesome custard buns , chicken feet .
The best baked bun with BBQ pork roll . Deep fried spring roll filled with beef is good too.
Loved the baked bun with BBQ Pork , congee with pork n preserved egg ,steamed pork dumpling with shrimp nglutinous dumpling !
Wow! Yes believe the hype! Try the Baked BBQ pork buns !
Come here for the amazing pork buns (3 for $18)! Seriously you should just order multiple plates of these and nothing else.
Tasteful restaurant with one michelin star ! Big selection of dim sum .
Tasteful restaurant with one michelin star ! Big selection of dim sum .
Baked BBQ pork bun is superb!!!! Buttery, sweet yet savoury
Baked buns with bbq pork , beef balls and raddish cake are love
I think this branch is the best out of the lot.. quality is consistent, bit more of a relaxing atmosphere .
I feel that the standard of a few (not all) of the dim sum I ordered has dropped compared w the time I ate in last Oct (2013).Do u think so?
The steamed egg cake . And the rice roll with shrimp .
Dim Sum here pretty good, nice cha siew pao (the baked type)!
Michelin restaurant with superb reasonable price... Must try!!!
Definitely, definitely, definitely get the pork buns . Nothing like it in the States !
The BBQ pork buns are literally to die for. Don't come later than 10am on a weekend!
Pineapple pork bun was so tasty. Definitely try it if you're visiting!
Nice decor, tasty dim sum and very good service (in Chinese standards)...
The best dumplings which I’ve tried. Place is ok but not so special
I fell in love with the pork buns here..love at 1st sight 😍😍
Great location! Not too much people. Bake buns are the best! Make sure to order:)
Pork buns !! This menu gonna made you forget about the calories.
Pork buns , radish cakes , and rice noodle rolls were yummy!
If u order chang fun it might have a lot of missing fillings and I didnt know in advance but they have very limited dim sum menu .
great baked pork buns . very unique.
Baked bun with BBQ pork is a must try 😋😋😋
Fanciest decor of all the outlets, but prices still reasonable. Open 10:00-21:30
So delicious can try the bake bun wit BBQ pork
Their signature dessert....osmanthus jelly cake
I'm coming back again becos of these buns !
World's cheapest Michelin star restaurant ? Take the pork bun !
all dim sum are very delicious and fresh made
You really have to get the baked pork buns . Unique and life-altering.
We found the food slightly better than the IFC branch, however we found the restaurant manager in particular not very child friendly at all - especially compared to the IFC branch.
Very nice Dim Sum with a good price
My best cinemas in HK. Not as pricy as the ones in IFC, PP and Elements, VERY VERY nice sound system ATMOS. I joined as their VIP when they launched with a bunch of good offers, not sure about now. - D
Large selections in most aisles. More choice than other chains. - Geoff H
This is a super popular restaurant and make sure you made your reservations earlier. Must-try: Peking duck, smoked cod fish and dumplings with sour and spicy soup! - Moses Lee
Excellent Dim Sum with relatively good price. Variety of choice and is a must try dim sum restaurant. Quite busy most of the time so pick a good timing to go such as just before dinner time. - Jacky Yan
The house special baked pork buns are a must (yknow.. They usually steamed..) sweet but also light and delicious. - Rowan Wernham
Less people, less crowded, which is great. Also less variety of shops. Good for the basics though, and there is an M&S too. - Terence Parker
Head on over to Olympian City 2 across the bridge, since this place doesn't have as big of a selection for food! - Roger Ma
