It's a nice place to sit and have a drink. Our first visit New Years Eve but will definitely visit for Lunch next time we are in Manchester as the menu was varied and reasonable
First place went to on arrival in Manchester after a night of no sleep. greeted pleasantly and got choice of a scrumptious breakfast ! Lovely seats outside ! :)
Gastropub trying to be fancy but mostly miss the mark. They've a beer barrel selfi station which tells you a lot. They do make good beer .

The pickled mackerel is superb and the roast beef dinner brilliant. Don't be fooled by the address its actually on the Manchester side of Wilbraham Road. Certainly worth the tram fare. - Derek Perrin
