以野柳的燭台石為範本設計，於1967年設立，高11.3公尺，位於龜頭山的最高處，可從岬頂主要步道前往。野柳燈桿設立在富貴角燈塔及基隆燈塔照射半徑之間，因此加強了基隆港的導航功能。

Really cool rock formations and beautiful cliff side by the water. You have to pay an entrance fee but it’s a huge park with tons of different trails. It is extremely crowded with tourists! - Connie Chiu
