Clean , healthy and more than satisfying vegetarian Asian date with vegan options ! Quaint spot, great for conversation. Go for the curry , macro bowl , or just anything else. It's all delicious!
Yummy vegetarian and nice cozy atmosphere , black pepper saitan with Chinese broccoli was good. They serve wine as well .
Have you ever had seitan ? No? Try it here. Or, go safe and get the tofu & mixed vegetables . It's all good. I'm never disappointed with my lunch here & the specials come with soup , a spring roll & rice
I know saying it's the tastiest vegetarian place I've been to isn't saying much, but this place is legit tasty even on the full food spectrum!! Their sizzling dishes, mmmmm. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Hands down one of the top veg places in the city . Get the steamed veg dumplings , tofu teriyaki , or yaki soba . And love their wild ginger ale !
Had the shiitake mushrooms and black pepper seitan with Chinese broccoli . It was amazing and ill be back to try more dishes. A little pricey but good food.
Great decor and very healthy, tasty food. This place has literally the best vegan brownie I've ever had. Should have bought 10+ of them.
Try the tofu skin wraps , seitan skewers , and smoked teriyaki seitan . If you still need more to fill you, the brownie dessert is great!
Get the lunch specials , the miso is excellent (rare on lunch specials at sushi joints ),, and I could eat the sweet potato on the side just by itself.
Pad Thai and macro bowl are both excellent choices
Good source for vegetable-focused vegan and vegetarian in the neighborhood . Carnivore approved!
Amazing vegetarian food , if you get there before 4 pm go for the lunch special and the great tea .
The food here was awesome. General tsoy's dish was exactly what I was craving. Can't wait to go back!
Not to be confused with Wild Ginger in Manhattan. Food is generally decent, but not surprising. They make a really good miso soup , and our fav entree is the macadamia seitan .
Interesting beer selection - give the Scottish Ginger Beer a go. My non-vegan boss even found something he loved.
Come for the lunch specials ! Great price for some really high quality vegan eats.
Great lunch specials : $8–11 gets you a miso soup , a big entree, a spring roll , and some pumpkin .
Pad Thai was reasonably good, will take it next time for sure. Good pot of tea also made our dinner excellent.
The tofu and mixed vegetables rice bowl is bomb.
Don't be a snob even though this is a vegan spot. Just go for the General Tso's protein or the orange seitan . Embrace the fake Asian-ness.
Great food for a reasonable price. Steamed dumplings and seaweed salad were delicious!
The seitan has the taste and texture of meat. And their peanut butter chocolate cake bomb is the tastiest vegan dessert I've ever had. yummm!
Black pepper seitan is excellent. Served with rice on the side so it's super filling.
Sweet and sour battered soy was very good
Kindest staff , quickest delivery , and such yummy food. We even like the macro bowl !
The macro bowl is where it's at. Huge, filling, and still super healthy.
Bimimbap, kimchi noodles , crispy tofu roll
The eggplant and string beans were perfect in a garlic miso sauce and a slight spice.
The Smoked Teriyaki is to die for
Cozy place. Great vegetarian food .
The Pho was delicious!
The Smoked Teriyaki Seitan was TO DIE FOR. <3
Try the crispy soya skin wraps !!!
I used to really like this place years ago. Now it just seems mediocre with all their seitan in a sugary sauce. Good if you're from out of town and don't usually get soy protein options I guess. Meh.
Tip: If you share an app and get an entree, you really don't need that dessert AKA the chocolate/pb bomb was too much!
Try the Wontons* deep-fried wontons stuffed with soy cheese , watercress , and spinach - So damn good!
Bibimbap to fill you up and the crispy fudged brownie to finish!
I loved the Moroccan Curry Stew , and their service was wonderful.
Vegan food that's not weird even of you're not vegan . Start with Black Pepper Seitan .
Brussel sprouts that are well prepared are crisp and sweet and taste nutty. Give brussel sprouts another chance!(Lauren Ulm, Vegan Yum Yum) http://bit.ly/3hsdnZ Read more
Mango soy protein and tofu skin wraps are awesome. Also, don't miss the peanut butter bomb.
One of the 10 best vegetarian restaurants in New York according to Gothamist
Lunch set L6 curry stew is not bad! Great environment inside the restaurant too.
Really friendly staff and great healthy choices !
The Bibimbap is AMAZING! Comes with a pumpkin soup appetizer too!
Food came fast and tasted great!
Go for the lunch special . Start with the spinach shumai and have a vegan thai iced tea ... prepare to leave with the itis.
Best vegetarian restaurant in the area.
lunch specials are a great value
Amazing food and great value , especially from the lunch menu

Try the Understanding Vanilla - One of the best flavors to try in this spot - Built Frenchié

Biscotti are goid, but Cannolis are outstanding. Get a box and try a few of all of them. Take a note on how they tie the box. Pull the short string to untie! - Ray Hartjen
