For the uninitiated: there's no "menu" -- you get everything. Fried chicken , ribs , country fried steak , fried okra , mashed potatoes , creamy coleslaw , cornbread , pasta salad , etc. All you can eat .
Incredible amount of food, family style . Be prepared to gain 5 pounds in one meal.
Great family style place. You can ask for second plates if you need it (the acorn squash was WONDERFUL). Plus, you can have one "to-go" box per person (just don't forget to ask for it!).
Oh my God1 It has been 30 years since our last visit. One of the few places where the experience is better than your memory.I recommend wearing sweat pants for your dining pleasure!
Wonderful family dining . Been going hear for almost 40 years. Fried chicken is the bomb.

Come hungry and bring your friends! The portions are not for the single diner .
For some reason they never get the fries chicken quite right; but overall it's very good!

This is a wonderful place, the fresh food is great!
Better come hungry - you definitely won't leave hungry!
Food is okay. It is more about the experience as previously stated . Feel it used to be better! Don't stay on site. Reno's needed, no wifi , no DVDs available but player in room. No more Dillard trips!
Great place to eat, NOT going away hungry.
No more local discount . I will NOT be back.
Very disappointed in dinner . Nothing green, except the Lima beans & they don't count as a green veggie . Was expecting Cracker-barrel veggies ; got a table full of white stuff or stuff covered in white.
Good southern home cooking !!
Food is okay.. It is more about the experience as previously stated . Don't stay on site. Reno's needed, no wifi , no DVDs available but player in room. Sigh! No more Dillard trips!

Save a little room for pie or cobbler dessert !
I understand there's history there… But the food is mediocre at best. It's all about overindulging.
Great food served family style .
Make sure you eat until you feel like you're going to die.
I really need to visit the Dillard House again soon...awesome pig-out spot.
