pretty convenient store . don't go on the weekends. wish law enforcement would get shoplifting under control so prices would stop going up. the staff are friendly and helpful most of the time.

There is a self check-out line near Starbucks that tends to not have a line . You won't get a parking validation there though.

This is one of the best Safeway's in DC.

At first glance this looks like a pretty good Safeway. Then you try to function inside and there are alot of questions and frustrations. Shows a poorly managed store.

Wow. It WAS possible for Southwest to get more gentrified. I miss the old Safeway . It felt like an actual neighborhood supermarket , because it was.

Lines moves pretty fast

We practically survived off the deli food for 3 days here. Not much else around. Right next to Waterfront SEU Metro!

Signature Cafe lunches are cheap and good!

Be prepared to wait for just about everything.

Worst checkout lines in DC. If you're here, you must be desperate. Free underground parking is nice though...

Don't steal!!!! They check every package on the receipt . New store, and the locals are still not trusted

Watch the expiry dates on the products! Very dissapointing. This was a problem with the old Safeway here. I'm dissapointed!

Don't even bother trying to order from the deli . There's never anyone back there and if they are there, they ignore you.
