One of my favorite Bak Kut Teh place in Singapore. I prefer Rangoon to Balestier mainly due to parking . A great place to bring tourist friends.
Best bak kut teh in SG, with correct kind of black sauce . Full flavor and peppery broth with tender porkribs. Sides are good too. This outlet at Rangoon road is more spacious than the Balestier one.
People, the bak kut teh is really tasty. Broth heavy on pepper and ribs generous and tender. Will come back for more. Had some salted veg on the side which fine but not remarkable.
The food is really very good. Pork spare ribs tender, the kidney slices are thick and soup is peppery and tasty. However the waiting time for food is very long even in off-peak hours like 2:30pm.
Pork ribs for the win. Excellent service . The place is a little small but it gives the old traditional authentic feel with a pinch of modern.
The bak kut teh here has improved a lot since they first opened and it's pretty good now. Only drawback I have is I wished the salted vegetables were more tender.
Try their special BKT - the one that comes with a full, meaty rib ! Meat is tender and not overly soft. Detaches easily from the bone but doesn't flake or crumble easily.
Very good Bak Kut Teh Singapore style more peppery (different from the Malaysian more Chinese Medicinal flavors). Try the skin tofu also.
As expected of founder! One of my favorite bak kut teh . Just in case no beer .
Great for entertaining out of town guests to try classic Singaporean dishes.
Still my favourite combination here 🤣
Long ribs are good, in pepper soup . Tasty ngoh hiang. But not the longest ribs in Singapore.
Love their braised pork knuckles , and pork rib soup ! Yummy!
Amazing flavourful Bak Kut Teh and pork ribs .
BKT and mee sua combo is a must try. One of the best I've had!
Don't order the liver here, not very nice. The lady boss walked past our table and changed our liver for us because it was making the soup bloody. But there wasn't much difference after either.
Their braised pig 's trotters damn yummy!
BKT was ok ... steam fish was good ... pricing on the HIGH side 😩
overall not bad. however soup tastes different from one bowl to another.
Best place in town to eat Pork Ribs Soup !
their no MSG pork soup
It’s good or just ok. Nothing special
Ask for 排骨
Try the 'mee sua ' (noodles ) instead of white rice to go with your bak kut teh ;)
Very nice bak kut teh . Awesome! But the staff are not quite trained with service.
Must try braised pig trotter
Cash only ! They don't accept credits or NETs!
Pepper soup very rich, not watery like some other restaurants
Closed on every Wed. Remember to order the Salted Vegetable
Basicaly all pork & stuff. If u like peppery soup ,this is the one!
Service staff polite but blur and no teamwork. Boss need to send them for team building :p
Dinner aft service!
Best bkt evaaaaaaaa omnomzomz
Staff are polite, but service is extremely slow. Every instruction and request has to be asked 2 to 3 times at least.
Average only. :(

You cannot miss Hot Star Chicken! Best Taiwanese-style fried chicken dishes everrr. Must try : Chicken Bites. - Alira Dwipayana
Cold brew creamy white is a must try. Maintains the smoothness of cold brew yet the milk well balance out the acidity. - Qiaoning Li
