Terrible customer service and rude staff . Went there to try the new flavor and they refused at first to let us try it. Not recommended at all and will complain to the mother company about the service.
Crowded small shop. Not recommended.
Тут всегда толпа, на втором этаже можно бесплатно выпить чашечку кофе . При входе нужно брать номерок и с ним уже покупать.
Servizio sempre cortese,sotto le feste c'è la solita fila e si attende più del solito.valida la possibilità di degustazione per i membri del club nespresso.
Tutti gli assistenti sono molto gentili...il locale accogliente , caldo e da un profumo immenso dettato dal caffè che vi viene offerto al primo piano.
Come sempre, gran servizio, ottima scelta di accessori, esteticamente bellissima

UN POCHINO DISORGANIZZATI ( se non gentile) Faccio un ordine il 24 maggio.. TOTALE 267 euro. l'ordine arriva a Piazza di Spagna (ma come???)
