On entering the piazza, one is immediately taken aback by such elegance: the yellow, brownish ochre-coloured buildings, Bernini’s fountain and the celebrated Spanish Steps rising up towards the Church of Trinità dei Monti. Place by the Rome's Tourism Dept. in collaboration with //Avanti

The steps are closed because they are working for a better maintenance. When will be ready and reopened will be amazing this place.
One of the most popular places of Rome. One way leads Piazza del Popolo, the other side hands the most famous brand shops. It's nice to sit and relax on the steps as the people go by.

Named after the Spanish Embassy to the Holy See. In the 17th century the area around the embassy was even considered Spanish territory! Climb the 137 "Spanish steps" to reach the Trinità dei Monti .
A great place to see, sit and rest and a must place to take a photo. Starting point to shop, very well known brands.
The best of Rome. English poet John Keats' old bedroom is located in the first door on the right hand side of Spanish Steps. Visit the museum if you are interested!
It's a place to chill , you've got so many steps, and each step is a place to sit... Look for a nice person and sit next to them and you just made a new friend.
Its amazing the view and the atmosphere in the evening, sit on the stairs and enjoy!

Iconic Roman location with designer stores and the now famous stairs and fountain . Avoid when it is raining as the whole place goes a bit mental
Lovers spot, nothing more. It is a shopper's paradise though. High-end designer brands. Pompi, which has the best Tiramisu in Rome, is in the vicinity.
Visit between the end of April to the end of May and the Spanish Steps are covered with pots of brightly coloured azaleas. Delightful
the famous ..this is the place you go for the scenic views of the tourists shopping on Via Condotti. Pretty fun hangout spot .
Cool place surrounded by designer shops.
Reasonable to visit square really early in the morning (e.g.6.00) or late at night otherwise you’ll face many tourists sitting right on the ladder.
Iconic for a reason. A must go when in Roma :)
The apartment that was the setting for The Roman Spring of Mrs Stone (1961) is halfway up on the right. Bernardo Bertolucci's Besieged (1998) is also set in a house next to the steps.
One of the most beautiful places in the whole wide world, full of young people, life, light, and juvenile spirit in a millennial city !
One of the most famous squares in Rome, also close to a very popular shopping area in Via del Corso.
A touristic attraction in Rome facing the Spanish Steps and giving you access to the street that leads to all the best fashion boutiques !

Sit on the stairs and enjoy this place at any time during the day.. But sunset and night are quite better :-)
Really crowded place with lots of cafes , expensive and good labels nearby. Close to the metro station .
Take your ice-cream and sit to the stairs . One of the most vivid spots in the city ! ????

well it is a beautiful place but so crowded with tourists that you just can't spend a lot of time, and unlucky for us it was closed due to restoration i guess ☹
One of my favorite place in Roma! Beautiful fashion centre in Roma! Love it!
Watch your pockets, there are a lot of indians shoving roses and other crap in your face, being pushy. It is always crowded , but you are around most of the shopping stores such as Prada.
The piazza makes for great designer window shopping after ascending and descending the steps.
Everybody who comes to Rome has to sit on those stairs and watch, listen and enjoy the vibe of this place.
The stairs to Trinità dei Monti steal the scene. If you're more into the mundane, then via Condotti and its boutiques are on the opposite side.
Of course a must-see in Rome, surrounded by the best luxury shopping in the world
Lovely at night.. So hot during the day in summer .. Always crowded and surrounded with all kinds of vip stores
