Piazza Navona

The architecture of both the church and the fountain is fantastic, we absolutely enjoyed being there at night! You can expect to find very good street artists . This is must when you visit Rome.

The famous Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi or Fountain of the Four Rivers is here. The fountain was built to represent the 4 continents :Asia, America, Europe and Africa. Many sculptures and beautiful views

"Ars longa, vita brevis" words take their meaning in this square with a Baroque ambiance. Just leave yourself to the beauty of art created by Bernini and Borromini.

A great space surrounded by cafes and restaurants . Perfect place for coffee and dessert while you watch tourists walk around & admire the fountain

BEST square in Rome. Trevi is popular but Navona is on another level! Check out the fountain of the rivers , learn about the underground stadium and sculpture contests. Not too crowded . Xmas shows 👌.

Great place with big sculptures with fontaines. Tens of small cafes and gelaterias are around. The prices are high. At the middle of the square, as usual, local dancers and musicians entertain tourist

Great atmosphere. Lively and electric. A motley of tourists , locals, painters , musicians and police . Soak in the lively ambience. A must visit to feel the spirit of the eternal city .

This square used to be competition arena of the Stadium of Dometian. The central fountain , Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi , is by Bernini . Try to find the horse that is the only part he personally sculpted

Look for 3 Roman fountains :The Four Rivers (middle),The Moor (S) & The Fountain of Neptune (N). Don't miss San Luigi Dei Francesi which houses some Caravaggios and is a short walk from here.

Very chill to sit and have a drink. Not kuch to do besides sitting and looking at the view and see the people passing.

It's well-located and good for hanging out, but like most famous piazzas the restaurants are more expensive so you can say you ate facing the piazza.
