I have brought many friends here to find a dress , even before they moved to this massive showroom and ALL have bought their wedding dress here! My go-to girl is Sheryl, she gets it right all the time!

Megan is absolutely amazing! She gave me the most amazing experience in finding my dress . I would recommend making an appointment if you can as it can get very busy especially on the weekends.

The new location is huge, but seems as though there are some things falling apart because of the higher rents. Got my amazing dress here!

I had a very different experience compared to the other reviews. I absolutely LOVE RK Bridal! I suppose it depends on the type of experience you want. I refer to this store as the TJ Maxx of bridal.

RK Bridal is a wonderful place to visit. At RK there are dresses everywhere. It's easy to feel overwhelmed but the staff is knowledgable and friendly . I found my wedding dress here!!

Get here THE MOMENT they open. Come with friends and printouts of what you want. If they don't have it or you don't immediately love it, GTFO. It's a war zone.

Great selection of dresses . Consultants are super nice and knowledgeable . The NEW location is way better than the old one.

Even though this is a no frills bridal store , it shouldn't mean terrible service either. The women who work here are miserable. Only come here if you have no other options.

Lots of selections... that you will likely never be able to see. Only allow you to try on 5 dresses per session regardless of how long it takes.

Shop during the week, because they are very busy on the weekends. Make sure to sign your name on the clipboard in the back.

Know what you are looking for...have style numbers ready. Is very overwhelming I'd you don't do your homework. Excellent prices and worth the extra work. ESP bridesmaids desses

Absolutely love the staff ! Very friendly and are into getting what you want without making it seem like they are forcing you to get it. I just love this place!

Get there EARLY ideally not on a weekend! Gilda is the BEST so nice and not pushy but very helpful with good ideas for your body type and style preference

After the dress I ordered ended up being too tight on me, I was told by several RK Bridal associates that there is no issue with the dress , the issue is with my body. Ultimate body shaming experience!

They ordered the wrong dress for our bride and insisted it was our fault. They lied and told me it could be altered to match the original. Called the designer—it can't. Stay far, far away. Swindlers.

When visiting, bring in pictures & style #'s of the dresses you love! This will help your bridal consultant understand the vision you would like to create for your special day! :)

Come prepared with dress style numbers otherwise you'll be overwhelmed. Don't expect help from the staff . They weren't quick to assist us, but they were quick to rush us out 40 mins prior to closing.

Despite our awful consultant we did find a dress that the bride liked. We brought it up to a manager who was genuinely concerned and apologetic. Hoping our next visit will better.

No appointments you have to wait hours for your name to be called, dig through the crowded racks to find your own dresses and try them on in front of tons of people waiting. Not a good bridal feeling

Would absolutely go to ANY dress shop other than RK bridal

Love this place; always can find the best evening gowns here.

This place is a zoo ! The dresses are jammed so tightly on the racks you can hardly find anything, some of them were torn, and nobody will help you with anything. Terribly unorganized and crowded .

Don't expect the white glove experience, but this is a great no-frills store with tons of options. And I didn't encounter a single "nasty" employee, either. No idea what that's about in other tips.

After you make your purchase, EVERYONE here becomes a SNOB. Go ANYWHERE else and avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely disgusted with this whole company and I REGRET the day I bought a dress here.

Wow! First time here with my fiancé & this place was a mad house! Everyone was extremely rude & the consultants were just plain sarcastic to us since it was our first time there. Bad first impression.

Always wear clean socks with no holes. They make you take your shoes off at the entry

This place is a disaster. The dresses are dirty they are so disorganized. They didnt call me or email me when my dress came. Ive been sitting here waiting 30 minutes for them to find my dress ...

Just like all the other tips said, time after time RK Bridal has horrible customer service and unprofessional attitudes from bridal consultants and front desk staff .

Had to come here to get a dress in time. The service and ppl here are horrible. So lazy and they ignore u. Had to get the dress tailored elsewhere after they messed it up. Never again! Avoid!

don't come here if you are looking to feel remotely special about buying your bridal gown. horrible service, dirty dresses and 1 bathroom are only a few of the issues.

Horrible customer service!!! Also be aware most of the dresses on their website are not in stock! Avoid this place!

Worst customer service ever! Expect to wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time! Alterations are over-priced!!
