Liz is the best consultant ever. The dress I liked was over 10 sizes bigger than mine and they clipped the back all the way so I could fit on it. LOVED. Ordered my size and got it in 7 days. PERFECT!!

Some of the people are great (Patrick). The others are incompetent. Make you wait 30-40 mins after your appt time and then get everything all wrong. Love hearing the words "I can't find...."

Very helpful staff . If looking for a dress for a special event other than a wedding stop in to store to try on sizing is very unpredictable. Try not to go on a weekend.

Michelle G . was my associate and she was great! She was very patient, helpful and sweet. All the other staff seemed really nice as well . Overall a pretty good experience.

Nice attention, girls aero very patients and you can try dresses as much as you like :). However or could take long since girl can have 2 customers at same time.Shoes not nice. things for all budgets

Forget about time... If you have a tight schedule for the day it's better to not to go. But it's worth cause you can find great dresses !

As both a bridesmaid and a #bride, I have had nothing less than stellar service here. Don't let the bad yelp reviews throw you off. If you get Adenike as your sales person, you are a lucky girl.

make sure the greeter/hostess puts your name on the list. otherwise you're gonna wait till the next ice age to be called. the wait is always obnoxiously long, appointment or no appointment.

The dresses are all one height fits all so budget in another $100 to have it altered !! There are better options out there. DB is unreliable and a terror to deal with.

Try all the dresses that you can cause there's no time limit when you have an appointment!

My grumpy consultant told me re Bridesmaids dresses I SHOULD plan better for them to arrive. I got engaged last week. There’s 2.5 months! Not everyone has long engagements!

Went in to try on a bridesmaid dress and needed help so bad because I'm in between sizes. It just seemed like they were trying to push me to buy instead of helping me. I expected better service

The staff are incompetent. They blame the warehouse for the horrible wrinkles, but dresses arrive, folded into boxes. FYI - There's complimentary steaming for all dresses , only told us after we asked.

My whole experience with DB has been awful. They changed the delivery date until the DAY OF THE WEDDING and then they tried to charge me a rush to fix it!

Beware: Do not provide your phone number unless you want to be robocalled several times daily by David's Bridal. Even after requesting I be placed on the do not call list, they keep robocalling me.
