Guys. This hotel and its staff is FANTASTIC. They do everything they can to make you happy. A++ in customer service. Also. Balconies . Most rooms have balocnies. It's amazing.
The restaurant is always closed near Christmas but its directly across from yorkdale mall so it's not a big deal

Not a fan. Bathroom is costurphobic and toilet paper dispenser is hidden under the sink. Shower head is for midgets. Everything is old the tv he wallpaper the lamps. Has a balcony though.
