Delicious fried chicken , some of THE best music , and friendly atmosphere . Get an Uber or Lyft their though, parking is a nightmare. Oh! And make a reservation !

Fantastic food! My parents call it their "old stompin grounds" and I can see why! I only wish I was able to see some live music !! Friendly staff and great drinks! Smothered porkchop was 👌🏾.

The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice, but DO NOT go by yourself. They'll try to move your seat under the guise of "this is better for you". I stood my ground. I liked my original seat.

Wilbert Peagler is an awesome musician ! If his band is playing, definitely stop in at Baker's and have the catfish while you're there.

Awesome lunch special (more like lunch and dinner special ). Wings, Whiting or Pork-chop, all fried, with 2 sides for $8. Soul Food heaven!

Everything from the music to the service to the food is great!! Cute for dates too!

The food and shows are always good. The service is always lackluster and slow. It will improve when the service staff realizes that their money is made from the guests.
