Mission San Juan Capistrano is a monument San Antonio located in United States.
9101 Graf Rd (at Mission Pky) San Antonio , TX 78214 United States
One of the 4 famous missions. Not the prettiest it was the least kept one. No gift shop or any parks workers. It still nice to visit all of them as a personal journey or for the completist
Simple & serene, with a nice little museum and a garden . San Juan gets a bad rap due to its simplicity. But each mission has its own character & importance, and they’re all worth visiting!
Established along the banks of the San Antonio River in 1731, Mission San Juan Capistrano offered a rich farm and pasture land, which helped support the missions and local settlements. Read more
This mission needs some love. All mission looked clean ,lawn cut everything looked good. This is the only mission needs a lot of attention. Cut the lawn.
Didn't have time to go inside or really explore much, but beautiful historic mission.
Very nice. Finally they cut the grass. Still have some area needs some cutting . some area still 5 feet high. But its getting some loving
I love how the church is still up and running even today! It's also cool that the priest lives here.
Small and digestible in an hour with some short trails .
Mission San Juan's fertile farmlands allowed it to be self-sustainable; its chapel and bell tower are still in use today.
Beautiful! Must see.
Yoga with Mobile OM!
The mission is nice. But they need to care for it. Grass in some areas are almost 5 feet high needs a good cut .
The roped off structures have a tenant living there. Stay back! Ekk
Probably the most boring and bland of the 5 missions in San Antonio. If you are going to skip one, make it this one.
The worst one of the mission. Needs to be trim better. All those weeds growing over 3 to 5 feet. Some even more. Seem two snakes in the parking areas. Sad.....
can't believe someone would steal the statues . :(
Es una de las misiones originales de la zona. Perduran los canales de riego.
This place out of all the missions was my favorite - Martin Hutton
Outstanding and interesting tour led by a ranger and a nice gift shop full of interesting items. - Doug Murphy
Great place, lots of room for the kids to run around, park close by with bike trails. - Chris Chavez
It’s a great place to explore you can go deep into the woods to see the San Antonio river. I take my fur babies almost every summer. Be careful for water moccasins though - Dana Kimbro
Possibly the most interesting missions of the San Antonio Mission Park. It reminds me of the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly... I think this place was represented in a scene in that movie. - Jimmy Kastner
