This is far and away the most effective workout in Chicago. I just wish it wasn't downstairs- the climb back up after Butt and Legs day is particularly tough...but worth it
Paul is super motivating, but he will kick your butt if you are slacking! Butt and leg day will leave you sore for days!
There's a paleo food spot upstairs for the best post class smoothie
It's gets too crowded on Saturdays, and too much chatting going on for me. Hard to focus on your workout.

They provide you with a heart rate monitor so you can track your results. It's a heart pumping workout and Carla is so motivating and nice. - Angela
