Price is high. Staff is quite impolite and urge us to finish our meal, although subtly. Food quality is lower than what I had in causeway bay branch.

Most expensive drinks in the world. 38hkd for cold ice tea or ovaltine . It's also bland and watered down. Thanks for nothing. I'm never coming back here again.
Hong Kong-style western food , Tsui Wah quality at hotel prices. Had sole in thick and cold white sauce . Absolutely gross. And toilets are filthy.
Worst. Looking lobster bisque " in the world. Tastes slightly better than it looks thankfully.

Great fashions at great prices. Branch at Telford Plaza 2 in Kowloon Bay is larger, but Festival Walk store seems to carry everything in a smaller footprint. - David
