Best ice cream place in Harper's Ferry ,steak burger made fresh as order, r so tender , melt in mouth, Many flavors very yummy ice cream staff nice, dog friendly . highly recommend
On a chilly day you can still get ice cream ! Just walk around the block to the other side of the building (on High St.) and look for the sign for their indoor seating.
I had a scoop of chocolate and chocolate moose tracks on a pretzel cone . Tad expensive but at least it was good.
