The cosmetic area is a waste of space. Don't expect to be greeted or get any help with a product. On another note, the salon is A+ and the stylist are very friendly and knowledgable !

I love the salon staff . I've been to both, Amber and Jenni. These two ladies are pleasant, professional, and great w color and cut!

Large store with more variety than other San Antonio locations. But you have to pay attention at the register. The staff will ring up but will not pull free gifts unless you ask.

Their merchandise is never stocked. The employees never help you. Alamo Ranch location is much better if you're not sure what you need.
