Went to buy gift with two purchases...older female big heavy set tries dictating what product you can buy and tries to sic other employees on you

They have everything! Walgreens and Right aid don't carry all the items that CVS does, very convenient. This store is larger than most in Southbay.

Good and quick service . The area was in construction so it was a little hard to find the entrance. 😜

They are closing 100 stores that's because at the store on Rosecrans you are told when returning we have the right not to return it which I experienced with a rceipt

Went to return a mascara and chewed down from 11.99 in the computer to $2.50 cents by Gus Garcia manager

My mother was followed and told by Gus Garcia manager that the toilets were for customers only....while she was in the toilet on pretense he was going to clean it.

At all these stores they bs that you can't return anything if it's on sale which is bs

Went to return cover up $14.99 and had receipt but no tag..forgot it...was told they don't recognize the merchandise by female short...fake brown blond hair ..found it on the shelf

The pharmacy line always takes 20 min, day or night.

Wait time to stand in line is annoying...employees stand around instead of going to the registers

Don't use this pharmacy . They will not help you locate a medicine you need immediatly from another location. They told me to go to Walgreens the next block over. I suggest you do that.

The training committee needs to retrain the seniors on their customer service skills.

use the self checkout, it's quicker

Sometimes the wait is for an hour. I was shocked when that happened.
