Worst and slowest Starbucks anywhere around. I travel a lot and stupidly stop here when I'm leaving town and it remains consistent...10+ minute wait with light business. Fix it Starbucks management!

If you collect state mugs, Amarillo Starbucks don't carry them. "Not a big enough city " apparently.

The drive thru takes almost 25 minutes. Don't waste your time, go inside. Then you'll be able to see the staff socializing instead of making the drunk orders.

Get a manager your line is disorganized and the wait time is ridiculous inside and in the drive thru...very disappointing
